Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Fashion Villa

1. Returns & Exchanges

At Fashion Villa, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must have all original tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

  • Damaged items due to misuse by the customer


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are eligible for exchange only (no refunds)

  • Customers may be required to pay a small return shipping fee


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
